Students must be enrolled full-time (12 or more hours) to receive the voucher.

The voucher is renewable up to four years and will be renewed each term the student passes 12 hours with a 2.0 term GPA.

Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, application, essay, letters of recommendation, transcript, and an application for admission to ESU.
